Release the Grip

We are not meant to hold,
To keep such depths of shallow sorrows,
To hang on cliffs, enduring and bold,
Even in love, we let go, in hopes of tomorrow,

Elation lies only within the abyss of a collapsing star, 
Pulsing throughout reality, it's journey afar,
No thoughts slinging pass, just of knowing and trust,
A cosmic lighthouse igniting light from dusk to dusk,

Trust in it! Move to its rhythm,
Dance to the beating of life's gift,
If life is simply an idiom,
Your heart is where meaning lives,

Remove and reflect, learn and let go,
Improve and respect, understand and know,
No matter what's own, what's kept,
No matter what's buried deep within the tracks,

We are meant to let them go...

My Suffering

I have been broken, Fractured and sliced, Wounds that tore open, Bruised muscles across my thigh, Heartbreak is much worst, Loneliness that scarred, Tears that seem endless, A hurt that stretched out too far, But this is the ultimate pain, For nothing can describe the torture, A feeling like acid in my veins, Breaking my soul to such a horror, Yet no blood will be spilled,  No tear I can show, No solution will reveal, Not mine, yet I can't let go, Nothing is more painful than to see your suffering, Difficult coming to terms, not being to control everything, But rest assured, through this pain, you'll have my support, No matter what happens, I am here. This is what I can afford, Love, Papa.
